Refunds

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us in live chat pressing the button in the lower right corner of the site, or on Discord sending a friend request to @cerquami or via mail to info@shinylivingdex.com

If your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
